Online orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding public holidays).
Shipping times and methods may vary depending upon your delivery location, public holidays and during busy periods.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard Delivery unless otherwise stated.
All orders come with FREE delivery within Australia, normally arriving within 2-5 business days of dispatch depending on the availability of Australia Post.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

2.4 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
For ‘Change of Mind’ returns, the following rules apply:

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will the customer will also be required to arrange their own shipping.

NASAA will not be held liable for missing or incorrect orders due to misinformation. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to double check all contact and delivery information before completing the order.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
NASAA will not be liable for any damage or loss caused to returns during transit. We therefore recommend that you carefully package any returns to avoid damage during transit and use a tracked delivery service – retaining proof of postage for future reference.
